- Your room has to be restored and painted after you have moved out. We have professional craftsmen and painters to do the restoration.
- The expenses of the restoration will be withdrawn from your deposit.
- The rest of the deposit will be transferred to your bank account about one month after the moving out date. Therefore, make sure to write a correct bank account number on your notice of termination.
- Any transaction cost due to international transfer fee must be paid by the tenant.
